Established a Unified Agentic AI Platform for Enterprise Finance, Planning and Executive Intelligence

Enterprise decision-making increasingly depends on information distributed across financial systems, operational platforms, spreadsheets, analytics tools and internal reporting processes. While organisations have access to more data than ever, transforming that data into timely and actionable business decisions remains highly dependent on manual analysis and specialist expertise.

The requirement for StratForge was to create a unified intelligence platform capable of bringing financial planning, business analytics, strategic modelling, resource management and executive decision support into a single AI-driven environment.

The objective extended well beyond deploying a conversational AI interface. The platform needed to understand business context, analyse operational and financial information, construct models, evaluate scenarios and translate complex datasets into structured recommendations that management teams could act upon.

Another significant challenge was enabling AI to operate across traditionally separate management functions. Financial forecasting, market analysis, resource allocation, strategic planning and executive decision-making each require different analytical methods, data structures and reasoning patterns.

StratForge therefore required an architecture capable of coordinating specialised AI capabilities while maintaining shared organisational context across the entire platform.

We designed and delivered StratForge, a unified agentic AI platform built to support enterprise finance, planning, analytics and executive intelligence.

Rather than creating a collection of disconnected AI features, we developed a common intelligence layer through which specialised agents and analytical workflows can operate against shared business context.

The platform brings together financial modelling, business analytics, financial analytics, strategic planning, venture analysis and resource management while introducing dedicated Virtual CFO and Virtual CEO capabilities for higher-level decision support.

The Virtual CFO capability assists with areas such as financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow evaluation, scenario modelling and financial performance assessment. The Virtual CEO operates at a broader strategic layer, helping evaluate business priorities, growth opportunities, organisational decisions and long-term planning.

We also developed specialised workflows for strategy briefs and investor-ready pitch materials, allowing structured business intelligence generated within the platform to be converted into actionable management outputs rather than remaining isolated within analytics dashboards.

The underlying architecture combines large language models, specialised agents, structured data pipelines and analytical services to determine how individual requests should be processed, which information is required and which reasoning workflow should be applied.

This created an AI-native operating environment where analytical and strategic capabilities work together rather than functioning as independent tools.

We approached StratForge as an enterprise decision-intelligence system, not simply an AI assistant.

The first stage involved mapping the key decision domains within an organisation and identifying where AI could provide meaningful analytical support. Finance, business performance, strategy, resource planning and executive decision-making were treated as distinct intelligence domains while remaining connected through shared organisational context.

We then designed a modular agentic architecture in which specialised AI capabilities could be assigned to specific business functions. This allowed financial reasoning, strategic analysis, modelling and business intelligence workflows to operate independently when required while contributing to broader cross-functional decisions.

A structured orchestration layer was developed to manage how user requests move through the platform. Depending on the objective, the system can retrieve relevant information, perform analytical processing, invoke specialised reasoning workflows and consolidate the resulting intelligence into an actionable response.

Financial modelling was treated as a structured analytical function rather than purely generative output. Revenue assumptions, operating costs, forecasts, cash flows and valuation scenarios can be organised into models that support scenario-based business planning.

For business and financial analytics, we designed workflows capable of converting underlying data into management-level interpretation, helping users understand not only what has happened within the business but also the implications for future decisions.

The Virtual CEO and Virtual CFO capabilities were designed as executive intelligence layers. Instead of attempting to replace executive functions, they synthesise available information and provide structured decision support appropriate to their respective management domains.

The architecture was also developed with extensibility in mind, enabling new agents, analytical modules, data sources and enterprise integrations to be introduced without redesigning the platform's core intelligence layer.

StratForge was successfully delivered as an integrated agentic AI platform that consolidates multiple enterprise planning and analytical functions within a unified operating environment.

The platform enables users to move from a business question or strategic idea through analysis, modelling and decision support without relying on multiple disconnected systems for each stage of the process.

Financial teams can use the platform to evaluate performance, develop forecasts and explore scenarios, while business leaders can access strategic insights and structured recommendations through the same intelligence environment.

Its Virtual CFO and Virtual CEO capabilities introduce an additional decision-support layer by translating financial, operational and strategic information into executive-level perspectives.

The platform also reduces the distance between analysis and execution. Business intelligence can flow into strategic briefs, financial models and investor-facing materials, allowing different outputs to draw from a consistent business context.

Following delivery, the platform has moved into ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement, with the underlying architecture providing a foundation for new agentic capabilities, enterprise integrations and increasingly sophisticated decision-intelligence workflows.
