The Challenge
UK academies and tuition providers often manage teaching, enrolment, attendance, payments and academic administration across multiple disconnected systems.
BHTuition required a more integrated approach.
The objective was to create an advanced learning management platform capable of supporting both academic delivery and day-to-day academy operations from a single system.
The platform needed to serve administrators, teachers, students and parents while maintaining clear access controls and workflows for each user group.
A key requirement was the ability to deliver live online classes directly through the platform, reducing dependency on separate communication or video-conferencing tools.
At the same time, the system needed to manage the wider student lifecycle, including enrolment, class allocation, attendance, homework, tests, reviews, payments and communication.

The platform combines academic delivery, student administration and financial operations within a single digital environment.
Integrated live-class capabilities enable academies to conduct remote teaching directly through the platform while maintaining the surrounding academic workflows required before and after each session.
Beyond teaching delivery, BHTuition provides structured modules for student and parent enrolment, teacher management, class management, attendance, homework, testing, reviews and communication.
The platform also includes payment and invoicing capabilities, allowing academies to manage tuition-related financial activity alongside student records and academic operations.
A centralized dashboard provides administrators with visibility into key operational indicators including student numbers, new enrolments, invoice activity, outstanding balances and payment collections.

The architecture was designed around the relationships between academies, branches, teachers, parents, students, classes and academic sessions.
Each operational area was developed as part of a connected workflow so that student information could move consistently between enrolment, class allocation, attendance, assessment and payment processes.
Role-based experiences were introduced to ensure administrators, teachers, students and parents interact only with the functions relevant to their responsibilities.
For live teaching, we integrated real-time class functionality into the broader learning environment so that online sessions remain connected to class records, students and academic administration.
